The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features two non-clog burners and standard grates, as well as a 24-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. One rack is included with the oven.
The range is made with a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 159,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request.
The range can be customized with different burner options, such as 33K non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top, and charbroiler.
The construction of the range includes a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is made with double-sided, full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a removable drip tray.
