It measures 60 inches wide by 32.5 inches deep by 26 inches high and includes two 31-inch, self-closing drawers with full-width pull handles for easy access. The drawers are designed to hold standard 12- by 20- by 4-inch pans (pans not included) and the door assembly is removable for convenience. The base is made with a stainless steel exterior and 6-inch legs. It is also designed to be paired with Platinum Series modular range tops. The refrigeration system is CFC-free and includes an expansion valve for rapid temperature recovery. The base is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane and has an adjustable digital thermostat. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 8 amps and ¼ HP. It is UL and NSF certified.
