The Panini Grill (model number 34A3631105SI) is a double grill with a grooved top and a half flat/half grooved bottom. It features two cast iron cooking surfaces that measure 14-1/2"W x 9-7/8"D and are coated with Paninonstick® non-stick ceramic coating. The upper plates are self-balancing and adjustable, and the thermostat can be adjusted up to 570°F. The grill also has a 15-minute timer and a removable drip tray.
