Additionally, the ovens are equipped with 5 spits, each with its own independent motor, reducing downtime and energy consumption.
To ensure efficient cooking, the ovens feature "K" glass doors that prevent heat loss. This not only speeds up the cooking process but also saves energy and ensures worker safety. The doors have controlled opening and closing positions for added convenience.
