The "K" glass doors prevent heat loss, ensuring faster cooking, energy savings, and worker safety.
Cleaning and safety are made easy with removable interior panels, and the doors have controlled opening and closing positions. The double interior panels protect the motors and gas lines from grease.
The ovens come with 2 spit movers and 8 prongless anti-cutting spits. They also include a channeled bottom drop pan with a drain plug.
