The dual unit model features 5 slot rack holders on each fryer, making it easy to handle high-volume operations. The rack holders have a lift assist system, making it effortless to use. Additionally, traditional fry baskets can be used when multiple racks are not needed. The fry pots provide a frying area of 14" by 18" and a cooking depth of 10". Each frypot can hold up to 76 lbs of oil, and the automatic filtration system ensures that the oil can be used for longer, reducing operational costs. The filtration system uses a large 14"x22" filter envelope to efficiently trap breading and debris. The oil is filtered at a rate of 10 GPM by a ½ HP filter pump, and the filter pan can hold up to 85 lbs of oil. The filter pan is conveniently located beneath one of the fryers and is designed as a drawer with wheels at the rear for easy management. The K12 computer fryer control features an auto top off feature, which makes it easy to replace any oil lost from absorption into the food. There is also a push-button oil fill for on-demand filling.
