These panels are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane and have an R-value of 32. The panels self-align mechanically with male and female rails and are secured with foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners, ensuring an airtight seal. The panel gaskets on the corner panels are continuous without cuts or breaks. The floor is made of similar panels with a smooth aluminum surface for rust resistance and can hold a uniform load of up to 800 pounds per square foot. Both the floor and ceiling panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for added security. The walk-in freezer comes with a standard door kit featuring a 26" wide door with a stepped profile that restricts airflow, improving cooling efficiency.
