The Nor-Lake KODB810-C Kold Locker is a reliable outdoor walk-in cooler that offers ample storage space for refrigerated items. With a capacity of 404 cu. ft., this walk-in unit provides users with plenty of options for refrigerated storage. The panels of this walk-in are 4" thick and have an R-value of 25. These panels are made with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and feature a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish on the interior and exterior sides. The panels are designed with overlapping female and male rails for easy assembly and a tight, air-tight seal. The corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket, and the ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for added durability. The walk-in unit comes with a 26" wide door, which can be upgraded to a 30" wide door with a stainless steel kick plate at no extra cost. The door features cam-lift hinges that can be installed on either the right or left side and are adjustable for a tight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to ensure the door is always closed properly. The door also comes with a vapor proof LED light, a digital thermometer, and a deadbolt handle for added security. The cooling system of this walk-in is a ceiling-mounted Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that can maintain a temperature from 35°F to 38°F efficiently. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the Enviro-Control electronic controller system, which also allows for manual defrost and automatic defrost timer settings. The walk-in is protected from the elements with a single piece of 35 mill membrane, which is secured to the sides with metal flashing and self-tapping/drilling TEK screws. The Nor-Lake Kold Locker also comes with a range of standard features, including a magnetic gasket, a 15-year panel warranty, and options for cooler or freezer models, indoor or outdoor use, and different sizes and temperatures. It is DOE compliant, USDA accepted, and has UL and CSA electrical listing. Optional features include exterior ramps, shelving systems, and heater kits for outdoor use.
