The sliding tempered glass doors are easy to use and require minimal maintenance. They also save space compared to traditional swinging doors, making it safer for users working in tight spaces. The steamer has a lighted power switch to indicate when it is operational, and a simple thermostat knob allows you to control the temperature, which can be set up to 200°F. To keep your hot dogs and buns warm and moist, there is a 7.5 qt. water reservoir. A low water light alerts you when it's time to refill the reservoir. Cleaning is a breeze with the front-accessible drain, allowing you to quickly and easily empty the water reservoir. The cabinet and base are made of durable brushed 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The steamer is powered by an 800-watt heating element with a metal sheath. It operates on 120v electricity and comes with a 6-foot power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug. The maximum current draw is 6.7 amps.
