It features grooved top and smooth bottom non-stick aluminum plates, measuring 10-1/2" x 10-1/2". The integrated conduction and microwave heating ensure thorough and quick cooking. With a temperature control that goes up to 500°F and four preprogrammed heating cycles, users have full control over the cooking process. The eight push button controls and stand-by mode make operation simple and convenient. The press also comes with a spring hinge for easy opening, a built-in USB port for importing and exporting recipes, and a flash drive for storage. It includes a spatula for easy handling and cleaning, as well as four 4" stainless steel legs for stability. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean with a wipe-down.
