The interior of the merchandiser can be heated up to 200°F using the adjustable thermostat, ensuring that pizzas stay warm. To prevent drying out, the unit is equipped with a built-in water reservoir to manage humidity. The tempered glass sides, back, and door provide customers with a clear view of the available pizza slices, while the interior lighting illuminates everything inside. The rack inside the merchandiser slowly rotates, allowing customers to view each slice from every angle.
