The Nemco 6405 Heated Holding Cabinet is a convenient countertop model that comes with five stainless steel racks. It is specifically designed to hold 18" takeout pizza boxes, but it can also accommodate other containers such as half sheet pans or hotel pans. Operating the unit is simple, as it only requires the use of a rocker switch to turn it on or off. The temperature is factory preset to ensure optimal oven-fresh holding, ranging between 145°F and 187°F. This eliminates the risk of staff incorrectly setting the temperature. Monitoring the temperature is made easy with a digital display, allowing for quick checks at a glance. Additionally, a red service light next to the digital temperature readout alerts users if the door has been left open or if there is a malfunction.
