One of the key enhancements is the color-coded push block, which matches the corresponding blade-set size to prevent mismatches. The push block also features a unique gasket innovation that improves labor efficiency. The Easy Chopper 3 retains many of the features of the Chopper 2, including a large cutting area for big vegetables, a durable nylon-based resin push block, and a removable cleaning gasket. The blade assemblies can be easily interchanged without removing the bumpers, and the tall base allows chopped produce to fall directly into a food pan. The color-coded push block and blade set tandems simplify change out and reduce operator error.
