The Easy LettuceKutter™ also offers a support board with an opening that fits securely over lettuce keeper containers. This NSF polypropylene support board can also be used with other lettuce-cutting machines. With the Easy LettuceKutter™, you can cut a case of cored lettuce in less than 3 minutes. It is the only lettuce kutter on the market that allows the blade and pusher to come apart for cleaning without the need for tools.
