The refrigerator has a capacity for (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and is made of 304 stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The operating temperature range is 33°F to 40°F, with a factory pre-set temperature of 35°F. It is equipped with 6" casters and operates on 120V/60/1 power with 5.0 amps. The unit is cULus and NSF certified. Key features of this refrigerator include its reliability and durability, thanks to high-quality heavy-duty components. It is controlled by an electronic temperature control system with automatic defrost for precise and consistent temperatures. The cabinet temperature is pre-set at 35°F and can be powered on and off with a simple switch. The refrigerator has an all-in-one bottom-mounted refrigerated cassette that uses environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant. It has an operating temperature range of 33°F to 40°F and can pre-cool to 40°F in approximately 30 minutes. The Refrigeration Armour™ feature provides complete protection against shock and vibration associated with mobile applications. The unit has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a Type 304 stainless steel structure for durability and improved energy efficiency. Polymer Armour panels are strategically placed to protect the cabinet from facility hazards and maintain a cleaner appearance. The refrigerator also has molded-in vertical handles for easy handling.
