The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru solid Dutch doors. It has universal wire slides and can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet features top-mounted controls for easier access and cleaning. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The temperature priority feature ensures that the cabinet holds food at the desired temperature for food safety. The intuitive 9 Series solid state controller provides continuous monitoring and control of temperature and humidity, resulting in better food quality. It also has a low water sensor and low temperature alarm for safety.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It comes with a 9 Series controller that has easy-to-use controls, measures and displays actual cabinet temperature and humidity, and has features like low-temp alarm and recall & memory.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latches, drain hose adapter, stainless steel legs, and slide upgrades.
The cabinet has solid or clear insulated doors, polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double hinged hinges, a non-marking polymer bumper and drip trough, chrome plated magnetic pull latch, and a display and controls for temperature and humidity. The cabinet is made of stainless steel or aluminum, depending on the model. It has casters with neoprene wheels and a humidity generation system with a heating element and water reservoir, as well as a heat generation system with a heating element and blower motor.
