The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one solid Dutch door and one glass Dutch door. The cabinet has universal wire slides and can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH and has a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet is equipped with top-mounted controls for easier access and better readability. It has a reliable and durable construction with high-quality components.
