It has universal wire slides that can hold up to 13 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
