The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It has a capacity of 27 18" x 26" pans and features solid doors, top mount digital control, low temp alarm & memory recall, and a ducted heating system. The thermostat allows for temperature control from 70° to 200°F with a 1-1/2" OC spacing. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The C5 controller is NDP capable and the cabinet has an integral water pan system for adding humidity. It is ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access and clean. The 8 Series solid state controller provides accurate temperature control and monitoring. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times and a low temperature alarm to ensure it is operating within the desired temperature range.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. Optional accessories include casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latches, legs, bumpers, plugs, and slide upgrades.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, cabinet mounted Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double hinged doors with nylon bearings, and a digital display for temperature control. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has fully insulated solid or clear doors. It is equipped with universal wire slides and casters. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled closed loop feedback with a heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system.
