The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door. It has a top-mounted digital control with a thermostat that can adjust the temperature from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet also has a low-temperature alarm and memory recall function. 
 
 The C5 controller is NDP capable and the cabinet has a passive humidity system to improve food quality. It is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability. The 8 Series solid state controller provides accurate control over the internal temperature of the cabinet. 
 
 The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. 
 
 Optional accessories include casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, different door latch options, stainless steel legs, and various slide upgrades. 
 
 The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, cabinet-mounted Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double-hinged doors, and a digital display for temperature control. The cabinet material is either 304 stainless steel or aluminum. The doors are fully insulated and double-pane, with the clear doors having a Low-E coating. The cabinet has universal wire slides and four casters with neoprene wheels. The heat generation system is thermostatically controlled with a heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system.
