It has universal wire slides that can hold either 5 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 10 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features a double pane tempered glass door, top mount digital control, low temperature alarm, and memory recall. It has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is cULus and NSF certified. The C5 controller of the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to clean.
