The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has solid doors. The cabinet features top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer for easy access and readability. It has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet can hold up to 18" x 26" pans or 36" x 12" x 20" pans with a capacity of 2-1/2". It has universal wire slides that can be adjusted on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to the cabinet environment. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easier access and better readability. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system.
