The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door. The top-mounted controls and analog thermometer make it easy to operate and monitor the temperature, which can be adjusted from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a ducted heating system for rapid heat-up and recovery times. It can hold up to 18 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that can be adjusted on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The cabinet also has several standard features, including a passive humidity system, top-mounted controls for easier access and cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It is ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency. The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring.
