The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features solid Dutch doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control, with an analog thermometer that is always on and displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.

The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing and lift-off hinges with long-life nylon bearings, and a chrome-plated magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system.
