The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times, thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control, with an analog thermometer that is always on, making it ideal for transport applications. The thermometer measures and displays the actual cabinet temperature, even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. It can be a reach-in or pass-thru cabinet, with the exception of under counter and 3/4 height models. The doors are lift-off and field reversible, and are available in solid or clear options.
