The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features one Dutch double-pane tempered glass door and one Dutch solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat with a temperature range of 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 34 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and features an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. It has self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged doors with chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has solid or clear double-pane doors. It is equipped with casters, either with neoprene wheels or rubber wheels for under counter models.
