The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors, top mount controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with 3" spacing. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality.
