The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 36 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
