The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile unit with a 3/4 height design. It features insulated tempered double pane glass doors and top mount controls with an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 13 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet has several standard features including a rapid heat-up and recovery time, an integral water pan system for adding humidity, top-mounted controls for easier access, better readability, and simplified cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated. The 6 Series controller allows for control of the cabinet temperature and has an analog thermometer that displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged. There are several options and accessories available for the cabinet including casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, different door configurations, and various locking mechanisms. There are also different slide options available for different cabinet sizes. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass insulation, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing lift-off double hinged hinges, chrome plated magnetic pull latches, an analog cabinet thermometer with independent thermostat control, a thermostatically controlled heating element, a type 304 stainless steel or aluminum construction, and insulated solid or clear doors. The casters are made of neoprene and have double ball bearing swivels.
