The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has solid doors. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 17 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet features a rapid heat-up and recovery time thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet handles are built-in polymer handles. It has a maximum temperature of 200°F and is insulated with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. The gaskets are high-temperature Santoprene gaskets. The hinges are self-closing and double hinged, and the latches are chrome plated with a magnetic pull latch. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and a thermostatically controlled heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system. It is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum. The doors are insulated and either solid or clear with tempered glass. The casters are donut neoprene wheels with double ball bearings, and the Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
