The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with a full height and insulated solid door. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (17) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and is made of stainless steel. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet is constructed with high quality Type 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability. It is designed for reliability and long-term use with high-quality components. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access and clean. The forced convection design circulates hot air for improved temperature consistency, with heat channeled to the bottom of the cabinet. The cabinet is insulated with Insulation Armour™ Plus, a patented insulation technology that provides improved energy efficiency and durability.
Optional accessories include 6" casters, small item shelf, travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, straight plug, 120V, 6" stainless steel legs, twist lock plug, 120V, and various types of universal slide pairs.
The cabinet features high temperature door mounted Santoprene gaskets, Type 304 stainless steel door hinges, and a chrome plated magnetic latch with lever-action release. The cabinet body is made of Type 304 stainless steel with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) exterior. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The casters are plate mounted and the insulation consists of Insulation Armour™ Plus HDPE polymer panels with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
The doors are made of Type 304 stainless steel, 20-gauge insulated welded doors. They are field reversible with a 180° swing. Solid doors are fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, while insulated clear doors are double-pane tempered glass and argon filled with Low-E coating.
