The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with a 5/6 height and an insulated solid door. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and can hold up to 29 18" x 26" pans. It is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters for easy mobility. The cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified. The cabinet is constructed with high-quality Type 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability. It is designed for reliability and long-term use with high-quality components. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access and clean. The forced convection design circulates hot air for consistent temperature distribution. The cabinet has a maximum operating temperature of 200°F and is thermostatically controlled. The Insulation Armour™ Plus technology replaces traditional sheet metal exterior with foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels, providing improved energy efficiency. The panels also act as a bumper for improved handling and protection in mobile applications. Optional accessories include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, straight plug, 120V, 6" stainless steel legs, twist lock plug, 120V, universal slide pairs in chrome or stainless steel, and stainless steel universal slide upgrades in various heights. The cabinet features high temperature door gaskets, stainless steel door hinges, and a chrome plated door latch. The cabinet body is made of Type 304 stainless steel with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) exterior. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The casters are plate mounted and the insulation consists of HDPE polymer panels with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors are made of Type 304 stainless steel and are insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. The solid doors are fully insulated, while the clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating. The doors are field reversible with a 180° swing.
