The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a lower wattage option and features Grey Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and has a dent, impact, and stain-resistant polymer construction. The Insulation Armour™ has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. It allows for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
