The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It has a lower wattage option and features Red Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet can hold up to 35 pans on lip load slides spaced 1-1/2" apart. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
Key features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include its three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, and its reliability and durability. The cabinet has a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system for fast heat-up and recovery. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray Insulation Armour™, with other colors available upon request. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be configured with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full height cabinets can have full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. It allows for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, and a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The hinges are field reversible, double hinged, and have a 180° swing with long-life nylon bearings. The clear doors have an extruded aluminum frame with a polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels. The cabinet is equipped with four
