The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a capacity for (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet is insulated with Grey Insulation Armour™, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in standard high wattage or low wattage models, depending on the specific needs of the application. Reliability and durability are built into every C5 cabinet, with high-quality components ensuring a long life of worry-free use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request. The cabinet can be configured with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan.
