The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and features universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request. It has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full height cabinets having the choice of full length or dutch-style doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
