The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a pan capacity of either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the insulation armor.
The cabinet also offers options and accessories such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The specifications of the cabinet include high-density polyethylene insulation armor, a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release, field-reversible double hinged doors, clear or solid doors, four casters with neoprene wheels, and removable holding modules with a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
