The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Red Insulation Armour™. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of this cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the insulation armour. The insulation armour is made of durable polymer construction and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet can be configured with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.
There are also various options and accessories available for this cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
