The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a grey Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is made of high-density polyethylene and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet is available with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The doors can be configured as full length or dutch-style. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
