The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and can hold up to 27 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides. The cabinet is insulated and has a Blue Insulation Armour™, which retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The cabinet also has options for different types of doors and control modules.
