The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for the storage of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and an amperage of 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with several standard features, including three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, and reliability and durability built into its design. It also has a fast heat-up and recovery system and is available in different colors.
Additional options and accessories are available for the cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made with high-density polyethylene insulation armor, a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds, a polymer magnetic pull latch, and double hinged, reversible doors. The clear doors are made with an aluminum frame and a polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum. The cabinet also has four casters with neoprene wheels and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
