The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a lower wattage option. It features Red Insulation Armour™ for insulation and protection. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers that can be adjusted on 1-1/2" increments, allowing for a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Chrome Universal Slide Pair.
