The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It has a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F. It has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 27 pans measuring 18" x 26". It has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet has three slide styles to choose from for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are various options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
