The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It features Red Insulation Armour™ for insulation and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a capacity for 17 18" x 26" pans and comes with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and provides a dent, impact, and stain-resistant exterior. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility without heat loss.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Chrome Universal Slide Pair.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, and a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release.
