The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 190°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It can hold either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability. It is made with high-quality components to ensure a long life of worry-free use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced air heating system. The clear polycarbonate doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat by opening the door. The modules are removable without tools, making it easy to clean the cabinet interior. Future module upgrades or changes can be made without replacing the cabinet body.
There are three holding modules available, all of which feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. There is also a proofing module available for proofing applications only. It has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and chrome universal slide pair.
