The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of aluminum. It features a clear polycarbonate door, a removable bottom mount control module, and lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It has a capacity of holding 17 18" x 26" pans and is equipped with 5" casters (2 with brakes). The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The clear polycarbonate door allows visibility of the contents without losing heat by opening the door. The control module is removable without tools, making it easy to clean the cabinet interior. It also allows for future module upgrades or changes without replacing the cabinet body.
There are three holding modules available for the cabinet: proofing module, holding module, and combination module. The proofing module is for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and has an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode and also has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of straight plugs and universal slides.
The specifications of the cabinet include a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, polymer magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field-reversible double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, extruded aluminum powder-coated frame with a polycarbonate window, and four casters with neoprene wheels (two with brakes).
The holding modules of the cabinet are removable without tools and feature a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
