The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door that allows visibility of the contents without losing heat. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 190°F. It has fixed wire slides on 3" centers that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
