The UYF-0310W water-cooled ice machine from Manitowoc is a compact and energy-efficient undercounter ice maker. It has a daily production capacity of 293 lbs of half-dice ice and a 90-lb bin. This ice machine is designed to deliver more ice using less water and energy compared to other cube ice makers.

The unit features a small indicator panel at the front of the bin, which provides information about the machine's status and any potential issues. The panel has LED lights and recognizable icons to indicate when the machine is making ice, when the bin is full, or when servicing is required.

One of the key features of this ice machine is the ability to pause ice production for a specific number of hours before automatically restarting. This helps to reduce unnecessary energy costs. The indicator panel also alerts the user when there is a potential issue that needs attention.

Maintenance and cleaning of the machine are made easy with removable parts in the foodzone. The internal components are reinforced with AlphaSan microbial protection, reducing maintenance time. The air filter is dishwasher-safe and can be easily removed to catch dirt and grease that can damage the condenser. Servicing can be done in place by sliding the storage bin forward.

The UYF-0310W ice machine is NSF, cULus, and CE approved. It can be equipped with a water filter and water chilling system to ensure high-quality water for ice production. If you prefer a head-only unit, Manitowoc's Indigo Series ice makers are highly recommended.

In terms of performance and energy efficiency, this ice machine produces more ice with less energy and water consumption. This results in reduced ownership costs over the unit's service life.

The water-cooled system of the UYF-0310W helps maximize ice output in warmer locations. The absence of side vents allows the machine to fit and function excellently under a countertop or next to other equipment. The cupro-nickel condenser provides protection against water corrosion.

The control panel of the machine features illuminated icons and a power button for easy operation. The delay button allows users to pause ice production for 4, 12, or 24 hours to save energy. The clean button indicates when the clean cycle is in progress. The full bin indicator light lets operators know that there is plenty of ice available without opening the door. The service icon illuminates in red to notify operators of potential problems.
