The CrystalCraft™ Premier Commercial ice maker is a cube-style, air-cooled machine with a self-contained condenser. It has dimensions of 14.75"W x 22-4/5"D x 3-1/2"H and can produce up to 45 lb of ice in 24 hours at 70°/50° (or 35 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°). The ice maker is housed in a stainless steel cabinet and produces crystal clear square cubes measuring 1.5" x 1.5". It uses R134 refrigerant and has a built-in ice storage capacity of 25 lbs. The unit also features an integrated AR-2800 water filter and comes with a 6'/1.8 M power cord with a NEMA plug. Please note that it is not compatible with iAuCS or Luminice. To maintain its performance, it is recommended to use the metal save 00000084 descaler.
