The Pro Series Restaurant Series Range Match is a gas range with a charbroiler and cast iron radiants and top grates. It also features a convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor and a porcelain interior. The oven comes with three chrome racks, a grease trough, and a removable drip pan. The range is made with a stainless steel front, sides, 11"H backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet. The range has a power output of 120,000 BTU and 35kW. It is NSF, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified.
